Chicago Takes Over NBC
We’ve been hearing about it for about a year, but Splitsider just reported it, so it’s fair game now. NBC is producing a sketch comedy pilot featuring almost a dozen of your favorite Chicago-based comedians. With this kind of talent, how can this not be an amazing show?
Former Comedy Central VP, Lou Wallach, is developing a new primetime sketch show for NBC, and the pilot for it was just shot a few weeks ago. The pilot is directed by Bruce Leddy and it’s being produced by Mick Napier and Wallach.
Here’s the cast and writer list for the sketch pilot. Bolded names are Chicago-based comedians.
